Driver Lead Job Responsibilities
Working Hours:
5 days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Delivery Duties (3 days):
- Familiarize with the delivery area to ensure accurate route and customer requirements.
- Timely pick up packages from the warehouse and professionally deliver packages to customers.
- Inspect and monitor the condition of delivery vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Maintain accurate delivery of packages and promptly address any exceptions.
Office Duties (2 days):
- Responsible for training the driver team, including monthly training and onboarding.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of equipment and items within company vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance of company vehicles, including pickup and return procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and distribute engagement for the drivers
- Handle other logistics-related matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or operations roles, with a strong understanding of transportation and delivery processes.
- Prior experience in a driver or vehicle management role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures, ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and well-maintained for daily operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with drivers, the logistics team, and customers (Fluency in Mandarin is required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving light-duty vehicles or delivery vans is a plus.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is up to $26 an hour
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
