About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to help develop, implement, and optimize data-driven pricing strategies that increase sales and profits.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margins
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions
- Monitor pricing trends and evaluate pricing models for various products and categories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between pricing, sales, and marketing strategies
- Analyze the impact of pricing changes and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Create pricing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in pricing, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using Tableau (or similar BI tools)
- Experience with A/B Testing or Experimentation
- Proficiency with SQL is a must
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for statistical modeling or advanced analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and deliver excellent results
- Attention to detail, and critical thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $140,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
