Location : San Antonio, TX
Clearance Required : TS / SCI w / Polygraph
Description :
Design and implement HW and SW solutions including documentation, testing & modification, schematics, mechanical drawings, cable assemblies, and parts lists. Test and evaluate hardware and software designs to ensure proper operation.
Required Skills :
The Level 0 Junior Engineer shall possess the following capabilities :
- Support a range of analytical products and functions to allow for development of signal exploitation capabilities.
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Analyze hardware specifications and system / subsystem requirements to conceive and document a practical design for hardware components to include servers, network devices, transmission media, storage devices, user interface devices, and special processors
- Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
- Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
Qualifications :
A minimum of one (1) year engineering experience. A BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical field is highly desirable and can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.
