Duties
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and well-being of residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility, ensuring all areas are safe and hygienic.
- Implement behavior management techniques to support residents with varying needs.
- Drive residents to appointments or activities as needed, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Uphold resident rights by promoting dignity, respect, and independence in all interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in long-term care.
