Weekender Management Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage born out of one of the leading short-term rental management companies in Arkansas. Our roots are in serving real estate investors. Now, we’re expanding to become a full-service brokerage, and we’re looking for seasoned, self-driven agents to help stand up this new line of business.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, with a focus on investor clients
- Guide clients through acquisition strategies, market analysis, showings, negotiations, and closings
- Build and manage your own book of business while benefiting from internal referrals
- Stay current on market trends, zoning regulations, and underwriting metrics that affect investor decisions
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with Arkansas real estate law and brokerage policies
- Collaborate with internal teams—including property management and legal—to support client goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arkansas real estate license (Licensure in Missouri or Florida is a plus)
- 2 years of real estate experience with a documented track record of closed transactions
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, nurture, and convert leads independently
- Experience or interest in working with real estate investors, STRs, or income-producing properties
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
