Position Overview: Working as a Project Manager Weekes Construction requires skills such as Estimating, Bidding, Buyout, Subcontractor Management, Scheduling, Change Management, and Project Closeout. You will work closely with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, and Engineers with the full support of our Project Management and Accounting Teams.

Responsibilities:
- Attend Prebid Site Walks / Meetings
- Assemble Project Takeoffs and Estimates
- Subcontractor Bid Solicitation and Qualification
- Preparation of Project Proposals and Qualifications for Clients
- Coordinating with Clients & Consultants to Track & Obtain Permits
- Adapt to and Interact in Client Software Platforms and with Client Vendors
- Subcontractor Qualification, Selection, and Management
- Attend Pre-Construction Meetings
- Manage and Support Field Staff
- Manage Open Store / Night Projects Including Operations Interactions
- Own and Manage Project Schedules
- Client and Subcontractor Change Management
- Ownership and Management of Submittals & RFI’s
- Complete all Project Requirements thru Project Closeout
- Regular Project Site Visits to Assess and Assure Schedule and Quality
- Regular in person Interaction/direction with Project Management Support Staff, as well as Senior Management, including presence at scheduled meetings.
