Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative is the front-line contact point for customer interactions and responsible for the daily service operations of the Agency. They will provide extraordinary service to both current customers and external prospects, cross-sell our existing customers, and ensure that all quotes, claims, endorsements, payments, etc., are conducted quickly and accurately. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with technical sales inquiries and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Conduct warm calling to follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends and customer needs, contributing to business development efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or insurance sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to business development, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Outbound customer contact experience a plus.
