**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Safety Manager to join our Dredging Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on all project locations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and administer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on all project locations
- Implement company and regulatory guidelines related to HSE
- Assist in the development of Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and site/contractual client specific HSE policies
- Perform hazard identification and analyses, inspections, incident management and investigation
- Communicate HSE concerns to project field and office management daily
- Acquire, maintain, and deliver up-to-date records, incident reports, training records
**Requirements:**
- 5 years of cumulative construction or general industry-related safety experience
- Ability to work rotational shift 17 days on; 11 days off, 12-hour shifts
- Proficient skills in standard office software packages
- Ability to maintain competency through 8-hours of documented formal, on-line, or self-study HSE coursework annually
