We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Weems Community Mental Health Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our healthcare professionals by managing medication distribution and ensuring patient safety. Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on medication usage and potential side effects
- Requirements
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred (ability to pass Pharmacy Tech test).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
