What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Officer (PRN) position at Weems Community Mental Health Center?
Weems Community Mental Health Center has PRN position open for Resource Officers working at our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Newton, Mississippi. CSU Resource Officers will work to provide increased safety and support to staff and clients being treated at the facility.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-Current or prior law enforcement training or experience
-CIT training, Mental Health First Aid, or experience working with adults experiencing a mental health crisis, preferred
- Available to work 12-hour shifts in a 3/2 rotation; day and night shifts available. Facility operates 24/7/365.
