Your Role ~

This position functions as a supportive role to the company Accounting Manager and is responsible for the delivery of accounting department-based assignments.

This is an IN PERSON job opportunity in Boca Raton :

2500 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431

Monday - Friday ~ about 20 hours / week

  • Process accounts payables and receivables, as needed.
  • Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Perform some necessary account, bank, and other reconciliations.
  • General accounts payable functions.
  • Collect and File receipts / Invoices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Minimum Qualifications ~

  • Some college (Business or Accounting Major)
  • 1 year minimum experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPPA regulations.
  • Ability to maintain information with the strictest confidentiality.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
