About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role administers and/or coordinates various administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintains appearance of lobby, also responsible for opening and closing of lobby.
- Greets customers, visitors and vendors.
- Answers & directs switchboard calls.
- Maintains monthly master phone list.
- Distributes incoming mail.
- Provides support for out e-commerce platform "EASY". Set up user accounts, password reset and troubleshoot login issues with customers.
- Maintains and orders office supplies for the company.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED.
Knowledge / training:
- MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Customer Service
- Phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of companys Business Operation System.
Experience:
- 1 years of related experience.
