The Role: Production Operator (2nd Shift)
This role involves working as part of a team to assemble and manufacture electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, be able to read and interpret technical documents, and possess excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
Requirements
- Able to work within the WEG Code of Ethics & Values
- Able to work evening shift
- Able to read tape measure and use small hand tools
- Able to climb ladders and use lifts
- Reside or plans to reside within reasonable commuting distance
- Has current work authorization for employment in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years prior manufacturing experience with proven experience as a production or machine operator
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
