Position Overview
The Technical Customer Service Manager oversees the installation and field testing of Power Transformers (PT), addresses and resolves warranty claims, and provides full responses to requests for spare parts for Power & Distribution Transformers (DT). This role enforces internal and external policies and procedures and interacts with customers regarding PT & DT warranty claims, service, or parts questions and requests. Additionally, it continuously monitors the performance of external contractors during and after designated services to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.
