Receptionist

About the role :

WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role administers and / or coordinates various administrative functions.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Maintains appearance of lobby, also responsible for opening and closing of lobby.
• Greets customers, visitors and vendors.
• Answers & directs switchboard calls.
• Maintains monthly master phone list.
• Distributes incoming mail.
• Provides support for out e-commerce platform "EASY". Set up user accounts, password reset and troubleshoot login issues with customers.
• Maintains and orders office supplies for the company.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.
