In this role, you will coordinate and oversee daily cash operations to ensure Wegmans has the appropriate & adequate amount of cash on hand daily to fulfill its financial obligations and optimize liquidity. You will work with external banks to investigate and resolve any cash discrepancies, in addition to the setup of any new treasury related services. This role also compiles reporting to be sent to the Department of Treasury to ensure compliance with government regulations for internal and external audits.

What will I do?
- Oversee and manage Cash Management Analyst, review and approve daily cash management transactions, ensure work is completed accurately
- Responsible for reviewing monthly bank service charge expenses and analyzing variances
- Responsible for accurately reporting Suspicious Activity and Currency Transaction reports to the Department of the Treasury
- Research and resolve issues with banks and stores; assist in implementing new controls and procedures
- Maintain daily incoming reporting from the check authorization vendor to solve incoming customer service issues
- Review, approve, reconcile and post month-end closing entries
- Analyze depository relationships for new market store areas
- Actively assists with internal and external finance audits
- Support Treasury by improving processes
- 2 or more years of financial experience, with an understanding of accounting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with corporate cash management
- Oral communication skills
- Written communication
- Microsoft Office skills
- SAP experience
- Experience managing people
