Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer and Video Creatorto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will support the paid advertising team with static creatives and videos to help us acquire new users.
Responsibilities
Creative Development :
Design static and animated creatives tailored for various paid ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics optimised for performance and audience engagement.
Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.
Partner with the marketing manager to ensure creatives align with brand identity and messaging.
Optimization :
Understand ad performance to refine and improve creative strategies.
Implement A / B testing of creatives to identify what resonates best with the audience.
Trendspotting :
Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to create cutting-edge designs.
Proactively suggest new ideas for creatives and formats.
Requirements
Proven experience of 2 years as a Graphic Designer and Video Creator.
Excellent knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills.
Excellent understanding of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their requirements.
Knowledge of video formats and compression techniques.
Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
