We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable specialist will perform a variety of tasks, in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Receivable department is responsible for invoicing orders through our comprehensive invoice platform. The candidate should understand the importance of correct billing and taxing for each order invoiced.

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Receivable specialist will perform a variety of tasks, in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Receivable department is responsible for invoicing orders through our comprehensive invoice platform. The candidate should understand the importance of correct billing and taxing for each order invoiced.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Review service orders to ensure the invoice created will be accurate.
- Perform tax and billing checks as needed.
- Creating invoices (individual, consolidated or prepaid).
- Sending packing lists.
- Adding freight charges to orders being shipped.
- Sending credit memos to customers.
- Utilizing payment portals for electronic payments.
- Answering E-mails and updating invoices as necessary.
- Performing end-of- day tasks.
- Posting all invoices created for the day.
- The ability to multi-task.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate internally and with customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of customer service.
- Experience with a PSA/ERP a plus but not mandatory.
