Job Summary
WEI is looking for a strategic, action-oriented Channel Partner Marketing Manager who is ready to own and execute partner marketing MDF programs from beginning to end. You will be the business owner for very large channel partners. You will be the marketing point of contact, developing strategic and compliant marketing campaigns to generate and maximize revenue. Campaign ownership will also include execution for digital marketing campaigns, events, collateral, training, etc. You will also own WEI's social media practice, customer newsletter communication and other marketing activities as needed.

Job Summary

Essential Functions
- The business marketing point of contact for strategic channel partners, including (but not limited to) PaloAlto, Aruba, Rubrik, SentinelOne, and Ingram Micro.
- Manage corresponding channel partner MDF and MOU (and other funding) programs
- Own the strategy and implementation of growing these partners.
- Develop and execute partner marketing programs, including digital marketing.
- Develop, manage and execute partner specific events like tradeshows, training, and other partner funded events.
- Own WEI Social Media strategy as it relates to partner plans. Optimize Social Media posting and Social Media advertising strategy.
- Track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Campaign and overall partner budget management to optimize and control spending.

- 5 years of related work experience experience working with channel partners a must
- College Degree in applicable field
- Guru with social media analytics
- Proven track record of analytical and data-driven decisions
- Hands on experience in managing budgets
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
