The Graphic Designer / Social Media Specialist is responsible for driving the company's brand presence across all platforms, specializing in social media first content such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while ensuring brand consistency and advancing our mission to offer a seamless real estate experience.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Works with the creative team to develop measurable objectives and innovative strategies for expanding Weichert's social media presence.
- Works with the creative team to ensure branding consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Contributes to rebranding efforts as needed.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, product owners, and the creative director to gather requirements and feedback.
- Conducts user research to identify challenges and opportunities, incorporating findings into the design process.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to design engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Sets up and optimizes social media pages to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Stays updated on social media trends, algorithms, and design innovations to keep the brand's content fresh and competitive.
- Prepares and presents design concepts and rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for review.
- Delivers polished, high-definition designs aligned with business needs and project goals.
- Maintains templates, personas, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and other design assets for assigned projects.
- Ensures all assets meet brand guidelines and are up to date for future use.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
