Weichert Companies is seeking a qualified Real Estate Instructor to teach state-regulated pre-licensing courses in Toms River, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality educational content for successful completion of New Jersey pre-licensing courses.
- Maintain accurate class records to ensure compliance with state real estate commissions.
- Follow established lesson plans and lead classroom discussions on relevant real estate topics.
- Provide information on licensing requirements and answer student questions.
- Create a positive learning environment and maintain classroom control.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in the subject matter of the course, or
- Three years of practical or teaching experience in a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of national and state-specific real estate principles and practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to conduct presentations and engage students.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Strong attention to detail.
