Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging educational content that meets state regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and progress tracking.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to students to help them achieve their goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in the subject matter of the course, or three years of practical or teaching experience in a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of national and state-specific real estate principles and practices.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to conduct presentations, and engage students.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
