Weichert Workforce Mobility is currently hiring a Vice President of Business Development to support the Midwest region. This position is a highly visible and critical position within the Weichert organization. The VP of Business Development has responsibility for performing business development, sales and consulting functions within the assigned large market region and is expected to achieve specific revenue and profitability targets for new / existing accounts.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Prospect new accounts and sell new services to existing accounts within the assigned territory;
- Achieve or exceed identified sales goals through various forms of prospecting;
- Build extensive knowledge of Weichert's services, products and systems to consult with clients and propose business solutions that will best meet client's needs and objectives;
- Establish long term relationships with clients by valuing and understanding their business needs and drivers, and applying the appropriate solution to address those needs;
- Collaborate with Weichert WM's proposal team to deliver world class sales proposals to targeted prospects;
- Partner with the Sales team to negotiate acceptable relocation service agreement terms and service fees with new clients
