You will provide a full range of manufacturing support to 2nd Shift at our Urbana, OH facility. Duties include but are not limited to: General machine set-up and troubleshooting, utilizing safe operating procedures, and collaboration with team members throughout the facility.
Overtime: May be required depending on machine / area, volunteer opportunities, cross training opportunities.

You will provide a full range of manufacturing support to 2nd Shift at our Urbana, OH facility. Duties include but are not limited to: General machine set-up and troubleshooting, utilizing safe operating procedures, and collaboration with team members throughout the facility.
Overtime: May be required depending on machine / area, volunteer opportunities, cross training opportunities.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Set-up machine per customer/order specification
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine controls and components
- Ability to perform change overs, including blade changes
- Communicate with other departments to request raw material and supplies to eliminate need for downtime
- Document and explain all production data according to procedures
- Perform quality inspections
- Note: Other duties may be required
- High School Diploma or GED required, manufacturing experience preferred
- Comprehend and apply basic reading, arithmetic and geometry (testing required)
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper and micrometer (testing required)
- Physical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldy parts weighing between 50 - 100 lbs., depending on machine and work in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision in a team environment
- Ability to train others and willingness to cross train
