The role…
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing candidate attraction and engagement strategies to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and retain employee. This includes driving the full-cycle recruiting process (search, interview, selection, and closing) in collaboration with HR and management, while aligning recruitment strategies with company values and site-specific needs.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Drive full-cycle recruiting process (search, interview, selection, closing) in collaboration with HR and management.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings and manage community partnerships.
- Conduct thorough screening and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information.
- Support the promotion of the company’s employer brand through various channels and networking opportunities.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and improve processes.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
What do you bring…
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership and/or or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role, with manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools, platforms, techniques, and sourcing strategies
- Strong understanding of the full cycle recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills supported by exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly efficient and organized. Able to prioritize their own workload and comfortable making decisions independently.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
