Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Training. If you have an aptitude for fixing things and would like to start your career in property management then look no further, we have the job for you!
After a 6 month training period, relocation is a possibility.
You will responsible for assisting with the preparation of apartments for occupancy and assist in maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and small/large appliances.
To qualify you must have some mechanical aptitude, strong verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 45lbs, push/pull up to 85lbs, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
