What You Will Do
- Act as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including project management, coordination, and delivery while managing client relationships to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency
- Generate revenue to achieve the Service Department’s budgeted sales goals
- Establish and manage new accounts while handling established accounts and clients
- Walk projects, prepare proposals, and educate and assist clients in choosing services and products
- Proactively coordinate project scope and support with other departments
- Develop and coach junior Account Managers
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
What You Will Bring
In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years’ electrical service account management experience
- Bring demonstrated success in client and business development for electrical service contracts
- Have knowledge of the NEC, local codes, electrical design, construction methods, electrical installation, and all applicable disciplines of construction drawings
- Bring excellent computer skills with high competency in MS Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe
- Have strong leadership skills with strong oral communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent writing skills
- Have demonstrated success leading cradle to grave sales while working cooperatively across many internal departments
