The Human Resources Specialist:
The Human Resources Specialist helps plan, organize, and provide support for a variety of HR administrative responsibilities, processes, and events.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- HR analytics, reporting and records management
- Maintaining efficient HR processes
- Communication with HR department and employees to resolve people issues
- Audits and Investigations
- Utilize our HR System, Workforce Go, and shared spreadsheets to help manage New Employee Orientation
- Provide support for a variety of HR administrative tasks, processes, and events
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a Human Resources or Administrative position
- High school diploma
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual – preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
