Project Manager:
The Project Manager-Industrial Water/Wastewater is responsible for the financial organization and tracking of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirements:
- Increase the company’s efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of industrial electrical projects
- Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up
- Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing
- Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
- Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial – Water / Wastewater
- Can manage project contact size of $12 Million and greater
- Ability to run up to 5 projects at a time
- Can lead, train, and supervise Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Have project controls/coordination experience
- Have been exposed to industrial waste water electrical project work
- Possess excellent computer skills that include MS Office and Accubid
- Demonstrate excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Have a basic understanding of the electrical industry, particularly waste water industrial work
- Utilize an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
