What You Will Do : While continuing to hone your craft, you will Build your own skills by training apprentices to be the best in the businessWork on a wide range of industrially-focused projects like water and waste water processing plants, and many othersMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you lay out and organize tasks for apprentices, use formulas to determine pipe fill, device and panel size, plan and handle materials required for the job, and many other tasksDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT : People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring : In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will Have a minimum of 4 years documented field work or completion of a 4-year electrical apprentice programHave electrical experience in an industrial setting with water or waste water operationsHave an excellent understanding of the electrical industryEnjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional developmentBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius What Weifield is All About : Weifield is an award winning, national leader in cutting-edge electrical construction with nearly 900 employees across all our regions.
