Job Responsibilities
Project Execution and Coordination:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on the job site, ensuring that work is progressing according to the project schedule and specifications.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices to create a secure work environment for all personnel.
Quality Control and Assurance:
- Inspect workmanship, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during construction, working collaboratively with subcontractors and team members.
Schedule Management:
- Develop and manage the project schedule, including sequencing of tasks, resource allocation, and coordination of activities.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open and effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and progress.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, updates, and documentation as required by project management and clients.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Identify potential challenges and obstacles that may impact construction progress or quality, and devise solutions to mitigate or resolve these issues.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop contingency plans and alternatives as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
