Copy Coordinator
General Job Description:
Weigel Broadcasting has an immediate opening for a Copy Coordinator to add to our expanding Traffic department. This candidate will support the fast-paced, growing needs of our detail-orientated Traffic team. Hybrid work available.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive, interpret, and apply commercial copy based on agency instructions.
Work with internal sales account executives and assistants regarding commercials and ad buys.
Maintain commercial copy instruction files.
Manage and work with digital delivery systems and internal archive department to download and receive commercial and paid programming materials.
Help maintain commercial library inventory.
Communicate with multiple departments and external sources to ensure all elements on the log are accurate.
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous broadcast experience is a plus.
Excellent communications skills, ability to work in a group environment, meet daily deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
