As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve daily goals, training co-workers, recruiting and hiring staff, merchandising, supervising the team, inventory control, and ensuring the highest quality of guest service.
The successful candidate will have great people skills, ability to resolve co-worker and customer concerns, enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and be able to problem-solve during challenges and shift priorities quickly. They will also maintain a clean and inviting store and assist management team in training, developing and directing the team members.
