We are taking several steps to accomplish our mission, including building a top-notch technology platform that connects patients' with a support team to streamline and simplify their prior authorization process while providing a white glove customer service experience.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help them scale their business. This role reports to the Director of Member Operations and will work closely with the Product and Member Operation teams to improve the member experience and maintain operational excellence. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of visibility to senior leadership.
- Manage reporting for the Member Ops organization and track core business metrics
- Surface and advocate for product improvements based on key insights derived from data
- Work closely with Product / Engineering on the development and rollout of product improvements
- Track adoption and impact of new feature rollouts
- Identify and tackle opportunities to improve the member experience
- Develop tools and processes to enable the team supervisors to optimize their teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, and more

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to : skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range
140,000-$160,000 USD
