The Aftermarket Parts Coordinator for Weiler Labeling Systems is responsible for the coordination of quotations and parts sales activities, as well as the execution of various administrative tasks, to support the Aftermarket group.

The Aftermarket Parts Coordinator for Weiler Labeling Systems is responsible for the coordination of quotations and parts sales activities, as well as the execution of various administrative tasks, to support the Aftermarket group.
Are you excited about this work?
- Serve as the primary customer service point of contact for all spare parts.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to determine the necessary parts from customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Maintain accurate parts pricing in response to cost fluctuations.
- Work closely with the Materials, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure accurate information transfer.
- Provide updated spare parts lists to new and existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, address customer inquiries, and process purchase orders (POs).
- Manage backlog and parts delivery schedules.
- Proactively communicate delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of customer contact to ensure quality customer service.
- Identify key contacts within customer facilities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding additional requirements or needs.
- Carry out parts cycle counts as necessary to ensure stock levels are accurately maintained.
- Undertake other aftermarket responsibilities as assigned by management.

- 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Understand BOMs and routings related to our products.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment (helpful).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (helpful)
