Maintains record request logs.Files and boxing batches of records to be sent away to storage facilities.Assists with gathering, processing & preparing charts / documentation needed prior to patient appointments or as part of follow-up.Assists with the annual review of stored records to facilitate the purge of inactive documents.May assist with rescheduling patient appointments.May assist with maintaining inventory and supplies.Assists with preparing data for requested reports.Assists with departmental mailings, including patient medical records.
