Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our Weimer Hyundai of Morgantown team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, cleaning tasks and be capable of performing a variety of duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and repairs on dealership.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively...
- Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with team members while supervising maintenance projects when necessary.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and customers to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately..
- Knowledge of residential cleaning painting and various clean up
- Excellent attention to detail.
