Service Technician

What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintenance, tune-up, and repair of lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment.
- Providing information about job status through order tracking system.
- Evaluates equipment issues and provides estimates on repair details and costs.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, or inspections as scheduled, following technical procedures, safety guidelines.
- Review the status of open service orders including specific requirements issues.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, improve and promote quality, and monitor own work to ensure quality.

What We'll Need from You:
- Ability to work with tools and solve mechanical problems.
- Small Engine Diagnostics
- Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Experience working on Exmark, Toro, Cub Cadet, Honda, or Boss equipment is a plus!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with previous mechanical work in any industry is a plus, we can train you to work on our equipment.
- Will need to have your own tools, but we can get you started with tools until you are established.
When and Where You'll Be Working:
- Full Time Position
- Retail hours: Monday- Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Pay Range:
- $19 - $25/hr
