What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Graphic Designer position at Weinstein JCC?
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the JCC’s public-facing identity by ensuring our creative output aligns with our mission, values, and programs. You will lead the development of visual and narrative content that reflects our culture and engages members, particularly around Jewish values, traditions, and community initiatives.
You’ll conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for events, classes, fundraising drives, and community outreach, creating digital content, print ads, and social media strategies. As a collaborative leader, you’ll work closely with teams across the Center to develop cohesive strategies that support our goals, and lead a team of freelance designers, videographers, and other creatives.
Your work will also focus on community engagement—building a sense of belonging, amplifying diverse voices, and ensuring content connects with current and prospective members. Additionally, you will oversee content creation and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely, high-quality content is shared across platforms.
