Pay: $20/hr for non-EPA certified technicians with a path to certification and pay increase once certified. $21/hr for EPA certified technicians
We have the opportunity to bring on a maintenance make ready technician at the following location:
- Citizen House Spring Hill - Columbia, TN

Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates, bonus paid when on call.
EPA certified a plus, or no EPA certification but willing to get (we provide training and testing)
Ideal candidates should have some general maintenance experience and at least 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.
Great on-call and holiday bonuses!
Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.

Experience:
