What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Weinstein Properties?
We are looking to add a Groundskeeper to our Bexley Exchange property in Buford, GA!
We own and manage our beautiful communities and are looking for a motivated new employee to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.
Our groundskeeper assists with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.
Pay: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Additional benefit: Several holidays off and paid, your birthday is a paid day off!
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus.
Job Duties Include:
• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative Maintenance
