Location: Bexley Grapevine
Schedule: This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: This role starts at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses. Enjoy several holidays off and paid, even your birthday is a paid day off!
We are currently seeking a maintenance groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and assist with general maintenance.
Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities. We are excited to be adding this position to our team.
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some interior/exterior maintenance experience a plus.
Job Duties Include:
• Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities
• Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance
• Clean swimming pool and pool area
• Preventative Maintenance
