We are currently seeking a motivated maintenance porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.
We have a Porter position available at the following location:
- Bexley Left Bank- Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Some HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance and carpentry and painting experience a plus.
Job Duties Include:
• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance -- paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking lots
• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative Maintenance
