Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a combination of working knowledge in Industrial Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical, Fabrication, or Pneumatics/hydraulics fields, and demonstrate a mechanical and electrical aptitude and willingness to work in multiple departments.

Essential Duties/Functions

• Under limited supervision and with minimal technical guidance, keep plant equipment in good mechanical repair
• Respond in a timely manner to work orders and management requests
• Be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment
• Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, layout plans and equipment instructions
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy

Participate in safety programs, ensure work area is clean and free of any hazards, have a good work ethic, have a good attendance record, maintain a positive attitude in the workplace, follow the policies and work instructions set forth, and participate in lean initiatives
