Key Responsibilities:
- Focus Area: Creating molds for manufacturing products used in mining operations, adhering to productions schedules and ensuring correct patterns are utilized
- Focus Area: Operating machinery such as sand mixer and continuous mixer to fill molds accurately and efficiently.
- Focus Area: Collaborate with engineering teams to create innovative designs that optimize performance, durability and efficiency
- Focus Area: Handling the transfer of completed molds to the pouring floor and conducting shakeout of molds, followed by area clean-up for a safe and efficient work environment
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, preferably in metalworking, fabrication, or assembly roles.
Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and equipment, such as welding tools, and assembly lines.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, following instructions, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to overall production goal.
