The role will establish appropriate domain key performance indicators (KPIs), aligning metrics with business objectives, and providing clear reporting to key stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently; engage with the user community and management to understand pain points and improvement. Implementation of short and long-term Product Domain Strategy and Vison, alongside budget and roadmaps.
- Technology Management: Overseeing the sales and marketing technology stack, including CRM system, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Assess and allocate resources effectively to support the sales and marketing roadmap, identifying and addressing any gaps or needs.
- Governance and Change Management: Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to own the prioritization of backlog items and the allocation of resources to effectively deliver process/systems changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaboration: This pivotal role requires a high EQ, strategic thinker, with exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Relevant degree in operations and/or business systems
- 7-10 years’ experience in Sales Operations
- Preferred 5 years of SAP/ERP experience in Sales and Salesforce CRM
- Exposure to end to end technology development
