Purpose of Role:
The SAP Business Process Manager - Scrum Master plays a crucial role in integrated approach to change management and continuous improvement, especially in our efforts to better support and leverage the capabilities of SAP. This position reports to the Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Address issues SAP end users encounter daily.
- Implement SAP Changes: Oversee and drive changes to improve business operations.
- Drive Scrum Approach: Manage the scrum process for SAP continuous improvement.
- Manage SAP Training: Oversee SAP training programs and maintain the training library.
- Facilitate Team Efficiency: Enhance creativity and efficiency within the Key User team.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Qualifications:
- Business University Degree or College Diploma coupled with 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP implementation or Continuous Improvement (CI) within a manufacturing/engineering solution company.
- Demonstrable experience in Scrum Management, Agile methodologies, Planning, and Stakeholder Management, with knowledge of SAP Global Template.
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office programs, SharePoint, and SAP systems.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to influence and demonstrate leadership skills, including project leadership, mentoring, and team coordination.
- Experience with SAP continuous improvement as an active key user in financial or procurement space is nice to have. Certification: CSM, PMP, Scrum, or project management certification preferred.

Compensation - CAD 85,000 to 105,000(depending on qualification)
