Purpose of Role: The Service Operations Administrator is responsible for working with internal teams and customers to help plan and coordinate service jobs from beginning to end. They will be coordinating and performing diverse administrative duties related to the needs of the Tucson Service Center facility in accordance with company policies and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Process Orders: Assist with setting up, organizing, processing, and filing of quotes, orders, and invoices. Manage the planning and scheduling for both incoming and outgoing rebuild jobs.
- Utilize and Update SAP: Use SAP for quote development, order entry, Sales Order and Service Order creation and management, expedite purchase orders, and manage documents
- Open Communication: Communicate with appropriate WMNA personnel and outside customers whenever there is a change that will impact a quote or order
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience planning and scheduling work/orders preferred
