Location: Weirs Buick GMC, Arundel Me.

Our dealership's service department is seeking a dedicated BDC Representative who is personable, creative, has a strong work ethic. This vital position plays a key role in ensuring our department’s success through exceptional communication, organization, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule/confirm customer service appointments.
- Conduct outbound marketing campaigns to drive traffic and/or promote monthly service specials.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Manage the dealership’s loaner vehicle fleet, coordinating appointments as needed.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a welcoming attitude.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Reliable, goal-driven, and organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Self-starter with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and manage our CRM system.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services.
- Prior experience in customer relations or BDC roles preferred.
- At least 1 year of BDC experience in an Automobile Dealership setting is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
