- Structuring deals, assisting in finance turnovers, and supporting the sales process to maximize profitability.
- Managing new and used inventory, ensuring market readiness and accurate pricing.
- Optimizing CRM strategies for digital prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance.
- Collaborating on marketing and advertising initiatives to enhance dealership visibility and sales.
